West Babylon Junior High School students in Mrs. Ring’s seventh grade science class conducted a frog dissection on March 6. The purpose of the activity was to help students learn about the structure and function of animals both externally as well as internally and to develop dissection skills. These exercises are also used so students can compare the frog anatomy to the human anatomy on a smaller scale.
